What is considered an active/lapsed status for partners?

Active Partner: A partner is deemed active if they have fulfilled their required level of commitment within the past 60 days or if the necessary annual donation has been received within the last 12 months.

Lapsed Partner: A partner is deemed lapsed if they have not fulfilled their required level of commitment within the past 60 days or if the necessary annual donation has not been received within the last 12 months.
